My goal as a coach is to help my clients unlock their full potential and allow them to become the strongest, healthiest, happiest, and most confident versions of themselves.  With a focus on increasing overall strength and building a body you feel confident in.  I specialize in muscle grown, fat loss, weight loss, and body re-composition.

 

I am passionate about breaking the stereotype of women needing to be small and instead helping to empower women and increase confidence by increasing strength. As women, we are often told to be as small as possible.  That's something I personally struggled with for years.  Following fad diets, endless cardio, starving myself to fit an image I had in m head or get to a certain number on the scale.  Changing this narrative in my own mind changed my life and allowed me to unlock a new strength and confidence within myself.  Learning how to properly train and fuel my body has helped me feel and look the best I every have without the restrictiveness I've forced upon myself in the past.  My goal is to help the women I work with do the same and empower them to live a happier healthier, and stronger life.

Nutrition is vital in achieving fitness goals.  As an ISSA certified nutritionist, I can help you to learn how to fuel your body properly to get the most out of your training.  I can provide personalized nutrition plans, macronutrient tracking guides, and recipe/meal ideas to improve body composition and overall health.

As a special education teacher with a background in applied behavior analysis and aspiring Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCCBA), I have years of experience understanding the functions of human behavior and creating plans to increase desired behavior and decrease unwanted behavior.  I understand the importance of individualizing programs to each clients needs as no one thinks or learns the same way.  There is no "one size fits all" approach to learning.  I bring this same philosophy and approach to working with my clients and am a firm believer in tailoring training to client goals and creating sustainable programming to help clients make lifelong changes.
